Chinese Fried Rice/Bobbi/ Vicky

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Bird's Eye Steamfresh Frozen Veg. (Long Grain White Rice and Mixed Veg)
  • 3 TBS Sesame Oil
  • 2 Dinner Onions chopped
  • dash of Minced Garlic
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 1/4 C Soy Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave Birds Eye Steamfresh bags (set aside)
Put sesame oil in fry pan and add beaten eggs. Scramble. Add rice bags, dinner onions, garlic and soy sauce. Mix together and heat.
