ITALIAN SPRINKLE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 C flour
  • 2 C powdered sugar
  • 2 TBS & 1 1/2 tsp powder
  • 1 C vegetable oil
  • 1 TBS almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/2 C warm milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 3/4 C powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until light & foamy (5 min). In another mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, and powder. Stir in oil and extracts. Gradually add eggs. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Mix together ingredients for glaze. Dip cookies and dry for 24 hrs.
