  • 1 MEDIUM HEAD CAULIFLOWER
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC, SLICED THIN
  • 1/4 C OLIVE OIL
  • 2 T. LEMON JUICE
  • 1/2 t SALT
  • 1/4 t PEPPER
  • 2 T PARMESAN CHEESE

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 450* COMBINE CAULIFLOWER AND GARLIC IN BAKING DISH. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CAULIFLOWER. BAKE 25 MINUTES, SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
