Spinach and Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fresh spinach leaves torn into bite sized pieces.
  • 2 large cans (about 8 oz. each) mandarin oranges drained
  • One quarter cup almonds, slivered
  • 3 oz. real bacon bits
  • 2 eggs hard-boiled and diced
  • One quarter cup green onions chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Dressing

One quarter cup dry red wine
One half cup vegetable oil
One quarter cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
One half tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Toss salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients together. Shake well and serve dressing with salad.
