Italian Cheese Shells

Can add browned hamburger to sauce.

This makes enough for approx 30 shells.

Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • 16 oz lean sour cream
  • 8 oz mozarella cheese
  • 8 oz cheddar or colby or cojack cheese
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Boil noodles according to package instructions.

Mix sour cream and cheeses together.

Place 1 Tbsp of cheese mixture in each cooked shell.

Place in crock pot or kettle.

Pour spaghetti sauce over and bake until warmed through.
