Sausage Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 9 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage; drain and cool. Stir in soup. Beat together eggs, milk and pepper. Stir in sausage mixture. Put in a lightly greased 11” x 7” pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 40 – 45 minutes or until knife come out clean. Serves 12.
