Ingredients
- 5 lb bag Small Red Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup I Can Not Believe It’s Not Butter, melted (or Butter)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-Heat oven to 350 I peel part of the potato, just one strip around the middle. I cut the potato in half. Mix the Olive Oil, I Can Not Believe It’s Not Butter, Salt, the Garlic Powder, Dried Basil, Dried Thyme and Pepper in a bowl. I then take my potatoes and dip them in the mixture to make sure they are coated and lay them flat side down in a baking dish. Drizzle the remaining mixture over the potatoes. Bake for 50 – 55 minutes, check them throughout as smaller potatoes will be over done if left the entire time.
