Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh carrots, grated
- 2 tbsp. apple juice unsweetened, with vit. C, frozen concentrate, 6 fl oz. can, thawed
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a nonstick skillet, cook the carrots, apple juice and lemon juice over medium high heat for 3 min, or until tender, while stirring constantly.
2. Stir in the margarine to coat thoroughly
3. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
