Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 split chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2-3 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 large potatoes, diced and boiled until fork tender
  • milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Preparation

Step 1

Place one pie crust in bottom of deep 10" cake pan, bake at 350 deg for around 10-15 min or until lightly brown. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl, add just enough milk, a little at a time, until sauce is still thick, but not solid. Top with remaining pie crust and bake in oven at 350 deg for about 45 min or until edges are bubbly.
