Glazed meatloaf

  • 1/2 recipe ground meat mix (1.75 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Gently mix together meat and mustard. Form into a 4 by 8 inch oval on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, brush over top of meat loaf to coat. Bake, rotating halfway through, until just cooked, 40-45 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
