Ingredients
- 3/4 cups whole milk ricotta cheese (drained overnight in cheesecloth and squeeze dry)
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or grand marnier
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix filling ingredients together
cover and refridgerate until ready to use. (at least a couple of hours)
Pipe into cannoli shells.
