Ingredients

  • ¾

    cups whole milk ricotta cheese (drained overnight in cheesecloth and squeeze dry)

  • ¾

    cup mascarpone cheese

  • ¼

    cup powder sugar

  • ½

    teaspoon vanilla or grand marnier

  • ½

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Mix filling ingredients together cover and refridgerate until ready to use. (at least a couple of hours) Pipe into cannoli shells.
