  • 3/4 cups whole milk ricotta cheese (drained overnight in cheesecloth and squeeze dry)
  • 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or grand marnier
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • mini chocolate chips (optional)



Step 1

Mix filling ingredients together
cover and refridgerate until ready to use. (at least a couple of hours)
Pipe into cannoli shells.
