Lazy Stuffed Cabbage or Peppers

Ingredients

  • Green peppers or cabbage
  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 packages of dried onion soup mix
  • 1 cup uncooked rice (instant)
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 1 soup cans of water

Preparation

Step 1

Saute meat and onion soup together in skilled until browned. Spoon off excess fat. Add rice to meat mixture.

Put meat mixture over cabbage or into peppers. Mix soup and water and pour over meat.

Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325.
