Hearty Chicken and Pasta Chowder

  • 1 can whole kernel corn

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package. In large saucepan, orver medium heat, cook bacon until crisp remove drain, reserving 3 tablespoons of drippings, and crumble. In same saucepan with drippings, add chicken and onions; cook until chicken is tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk and bouillon, basil and pepper. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Strin in pasta, corn and bacon, heat through.
