Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/3 c luke warm water
  • 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 c AP flour
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in luke warm water.

While yeast dissolves, combine 2 flours and seasoning in a large bowl.

Add olive oil and yeast mixture. Combine until a dough forms. Roll into a ball, cover, and let rise 1 hour (or until doubled).

Shape dough into desired shapes/sizes. I press mine into a 9x13 pan. Let rise again.

Preheat oven to 400. Bake dough about 5 minutes. Remove from oven, top with desired toppings, and bake another 15 minutes or until golden.
