Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12oz Bag Cranberries Washed & Drained
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 Orange Zest & Juiced
  • 1/4 C Vodka
  • 3 T Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
  • 1/4 C Pecans Toasted & Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Medium Saucepan Medium Heat, Add Cranberries, Water, Sugar & Orange Juice.

Bring to a Boil, Stir Often to Dissolve Sugar. Reduce Heat, Simmer Until Thickened, About 15 Minutes.

Add Liquor & Orange Zest, Stir to Blend & Reduce Over Low Heat.

Transfer to Bowl, Add Pecans, Mix & Refrigerate 2-3 Hours.

Serve Chilled.
