Ingredients
- 12oz Bag Cranberries Washed & Drained
- 1/2 C Water
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 Orange Zest & Juiced
- 1/4 C Vodka
- 3 T Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
- 1/4 C Pecans Toasted & Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Medium Saucepan Medium Heat, Add Cranberries, Water, Sugar & Orange Juice.
Bring to a Boil, Stir Often to Dissolve Sugar. Reduce Heat, Simmer Until Thickened, About 15 Minutes.
Add Liquor & Orange Zest, Stir to Blend & Reduce Over Low Heat.
Transfer to Bowl, Add Pecans, Mix & Refrigerate 2-3 Hours.
Serve Chilled.
