Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi sweet choc bits
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

melt choc. in double boiler
Separate 4 eggs
Add 2 whole eggs to 4 Yolks
Beat together with fork
Stir into melted choc.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold whites into choc mixture
Whip 3/4 c cream until stiff peaks form
Fold into choc. mixture
Divide into glasses or cups
Refrigerate at least 2 hours
