Banana Galettes

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 bananas (apples or pears)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 T. water
  • 4 T butter and 1 T melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place two tortillas on baking sheet and point on 1 T. melted butter. Put in a 450 degree oven for 7-8 minutes (Press down if they puff up)

Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and water in pan over medium heat. Once dissolved, stir in 4 T. butter until melted. Cut up 2 bananas diagonally and put on baked tortilla.

Add sugar mixture and bake for about 10 minutes until nice and glazed.
