Crab dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1- 5 ounce can crab, drained and rinsed
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 3 T Lipton onion soup (dry)
  • Dash of tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add lemon juice, soup mix and tabasco sauce, mix well. Stir in crab meat (well drained and squeezed dry).
Put mixture into small oven proof dish and top with parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with crackers or baguette.
