Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground meat
  • 1 1/2 C Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • celery
  • Italian cheese
  • 4 bell peppers
  • onions
  • garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Fry ground meat & seasonings. Drain. Wet stuffing. Mix all ingredients together. Stuff peppers. Salt & pepper. Pour water in bottom of pan. Set peppers in pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, cooke additional 15 minutes.
