Ingredients
- Flour (22 oz):
- cornmeal
- brown rice flour
- white rice flour
- baking powder
- sea salt
- xanthan gum
- baking soda
- Other:
- 1/3 c oil
- 2 c water
- 2-4 TB sugar/sweetener
- 1/4 c honey or maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
* Heat oven to 425 deg
* Combine dry mix, oil and water in large bowl and mix until smooth. Add sweeteners and mix.
* Spoon into lightly greased 9x9 pan, smooth top.
* Bake for 20 minutes
* Remove from oven and cool in pan on wire rack. Best enjoyed warm.
* Excellent with whipped honey margarine.
