Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks) softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 squares (4 ounces) semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat butter, sugar, vanilla until almost combined.
2. Add semisweet and unsweetened chocolates. Increase spreed to high; beat frosting until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
