Ingredients
- POTATOES:
- 1 ) 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 2 ) 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 ) 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ) 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 5 ) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 ) 1/2 cup melted butter
- 7 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Mix first seven ingredients in 9x13 inch pan.
Preparation
Step 1
. TOPPING:
1) 1/2 cup butter
2) 1 roll crumbled Ritz crackers
Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
