CHEESY POTATOES ( Steven Vandergriff )

Ingredients

  • POTATOES:
  • 1 ) 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 2 ) 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 ) 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ) 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 5 ) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 ) 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 7 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Mix first seven ingredients in 9x13 inch pan.

Preparation

Step 1

. TOPPING:

1) 1/2 cup butter
2) 1 roll crumbled Ritz crackers


Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
