Honey Garlic Glazed Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lbs spareribs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Boil ribs in water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Drain and place in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs coating them. Refrigerate or freeze at this point. Thaw if frozen. Remove ribs from sauce and grill on barbeque or 6 inches below the broiler until crispy. Baste generously. You can heat in sauce in 400 oven. Turn often as sauce thickens to form glaze.
