Ingredients

  • 1 /2 tsp tobasco saude
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 / 2 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/4 oz ginger root -- peeled and grated
  • 1 cup port wine
  • 1 stp tyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 garlic cloved
  • sal and pepper
  • bacon strips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients to make the marinade.
Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours -- overnight is better.
Wrap the tenderloin with back strips.
Make several slits to insert the garlic clove

Bake uncovered at 425 for about 30 - 45 minutes.
This depends on what color you want to serve the meat

Filet is sliced easily if the meat has been cooled.
Serve at room temperature.
