Ingredients
- 4 5 oz Delmonico steaks cut 1/2 in thick
- 6 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 T butter
- 1 15-19oz can white beans
- 1/4 cup snipped Italian parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Drizzle steaks lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Heat 12 in heavy skillet over med-high heat, add steaks and reduce to medium.
3. Cook steaks 3-4 min per side, remove from pan and set aside
4. Add garlic slices to pan; cook and stir 9 min; remove and set aside.
5. Add butter and beans to skillet; heat through; add parsley and cook 1 more min.
6. Top steaks with garlic and serve with beans
