Irish potatos

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 10X sugar (confectioner's)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 oz flaked coconut
  • cinnamon for coating

Preparation

Step 1

-mix all but cinnamon in large bowl
-refrigerate for 1 hour or more
-roll into 1 inch balls and coat with cinnamon (flour hands)
-keep refrigerated and take out about 15 min before eating

-makes 6 doz.
