Ingredients
- 3 T. butter
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. worcestershire
- 3 C. milk
- 1/2 lb. grated cheddar
- 8-10 hard boiled eggs
- boiled ham
- English muffins (toasted)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour til thick.
Add milk, salt, and mustard, and worcestershire sauce.
Cook stirring til thick.
Add cheese and cook til melted
On toasted English muffin, place ham, 1/2 of sliced egg, and cheese sauce.
Serve with asparagus, roasted in olive oil and sea salt.
