Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups grated creddar cheese
- 1-2 lbs. fulled cooked ham, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup italian bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 3 quart pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine hash brown potatoes, margarine, onion, chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese and ham; mix well. Pour in prepared pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
