COOK LOIN IN A SKILLET I MINUTE EACH SIDE THEN PLACE IN CROCK POT, ADD IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS COOK ON LOW FOR 6 TO 8 HOUR SERVE OVER WHITE RICE
