CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN ( Jake Flowers)

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 1/3 cups French fried onions (in cans)
  • 2 ) 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 ) 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Crush onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken in egg. Coat in onions crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
