  • 1 LARGE YELLOW ONION QUIRTED
  • 2 LARGE CLOVES GARLIC PEALED AND MINCED
  • 4 LARGE CLOVES GARLIC PEALED
  • 10 OUNCE JAR APPLE JELLY
  • 3 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 3/4 TSP CURRY POWDER
  • 1 CUP APPLE JUICE
  • 1 CUP WATER

Step 1

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO CROCK POT IN ORDER LISTED, COVER AND COOK ON LOW 6 TO 8 HOUR ON LOW TILL MEAT IS TENDER
