Hot Pickles

Ingredients

  • 60 oz jar of big kosher dill pickles, drained
  • 16 oz jar sliced jalapeno peppers, juice and all
  • 3 1/8 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Hot Chili Peppers, sliced in 2
  • 1 Tbs Crushed Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Tbs Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 4 Tbs Hot Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Layer all ingrediants in dill pickle jar. Shake thoroughly. Rotate and Shake Daily (Leave upside down day to day)(put wax paper down between the lid to avoid leaking)
