  • 4 LB CHUCK ROAST
  • 1 POUND BABY CARROTS
  • 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
  • 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER DICED
  • 1 LARGE YELLOW ONION DICED
  • 1 ENVELOPS ONION SOUP MIX
  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 1 CUP TOMATO JUICE
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC PEALED AND MINCED
  • 1 TABLE SPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 TABLESPOON A-1 STEAK SAUCE

Preparation

Step 1

1) TRIM THE ROAST OF EXCESSIVE FAT AND CUT INTO CHUNKS PLACE INTO CROCK POT

2) ADD IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS STIR AND COON ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS
