Ingredients
- 1 lb chopped rhubarb (4 c)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 pkg strawberry jello
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1 c water
- 1/3 c melted butter
- 1 c cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Place rhubarb in 13 x 9 greased pan. Sprinkle with sugar and dry jello.
Stir cake mix, water and butter till moist (do not over stir), Pour over rhubarb
Bake 350 for 45 min
