OYSTER STEW ( Ronnie Lee Tite )

Ingredients

  • 1 can oysters with juice
  • 2 ) 1 pint milk or half-and-half
  • 3 ) 1/2 cup real butter
  • 4 ) salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In pan on top of stove, pour milk, oysters, butter, and salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low until heated through, stirring often. ( Do not let milk scorch.)
