Ziti with Garlic and Tomato No-cook Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 2 tbs chopped riped olives
  • 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta.

Finely chop garlic and put in bowl. Pour olive oil and italian seasoning into bowl.

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and put in bowl.
Stir until all ingredients mixed.

Add chopped olives, add pasta to bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss.
