HEALTHY MASHED "POTATOES" ( Brody Stemm )

Ingredients

  • ) 1 head of cauliflower, cut into pieces Edit Delete
  • 2 ) 1 can white beans, drained Edit Delete
  • 3 ) 1 clove garlic, minced Edit Delete
  • 4 ) 1/4 cup milk Edit Delete
  • 5 ) 2-4 tablespoons butter Edit Delete
  • 6 ) salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Steam (or boil) cauliflower, beans and garlic, until tender, and drain. 2. Put in blender or food processor along with 2 tablespoons butter. 3. Add milk, as needed, to thin, salt and pepper and rest of butter while blending. 4. Blend until creamy and resembles mashed potatoes.
