Peanut Butter Torte

  • Crust:
  • 1 c - Flour
  • 1/2 c - Butter
  • 2/3 c - Chopped peanuts
  • Filling:
  • 1/3 c - Peanut Butter
  • 1/8 oz - Cream Cheese
  • 1 c - Powdered Sugar
  • 2 c - Whipped topping or (8 oz. cool whip)
  • Layer 2:
  • 2 pkgs - Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 3 c - Milk
  • Layer 3:
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • Optional:
  • 1/4 c - Chocolate Shavings and/or Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bake crust for 350 degrees for 20 min in 9x13 pan.
