Ingredients

  • 3 – 5 LBS PORK LOIN CUBED
  • 28 0Z ITALIAN DICED TOMATO
  • 2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
  • 3 CUP PEPPER STIR FRY
  • 3/4 CUP DRY RED WINE
  • 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • 4 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 2 TSP OREGANO
  • 1 TSP FENNEL SEED
  • 1 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/4 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • 3 TBSP CORN STARCH

Preparation

Step 1

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO CROCK POT
TURN ON LOW FOR 12 HR, OR TILL DONE
SLICE MEAT AND SERVE
