  • 16 OZ FROZEN CORN, THAWED
  • 14 1/2 OZ DICED TOMATOES (CAN )
  • 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER CUT
  • 2 TSP CHILI POWDER
  • 3/4 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • SOUR CREAM ( OPTIONAL )
  • SLICED BLACK OLIVES (OPT

Preparation

Step 1

IN A PAN HEAT OIL OVER MED HEAT, ADD IN
ONION, JALAPENO, GARLIC.. COOK 5 MINS
COMBINE ALL INGREADENTS INTO CROCK POT
COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 7 TO 8 HR
