Ingredients
- 1 Ib boneless beef
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 11/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup green pepper, cut
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Cut steak into thin pieces, brown in oil. Add soy sauce, seasonings and 1/4 cup water.
Cover and simmer for 45 min or until tender.
Add celery, onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
Stir in cornstarch or flour to thicken.
Serve over rice.
