Mexican Wedding Cakes

Makes 4 dozen.

Ingredients

  • 1 c - Butter
  • 1/2 c - Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla
  • 2 c - sifted all-purpose Flour
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Blend in salt, vanilla, and flour. Mixture is stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough, place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees about 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
