  • 1/3 CUP FLOUR
  • 2 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 1 LBS PEARL ONIONS
  • 4 CUT 1 IN CARROTS MED.
  • 4 CUT 1 IN CELERY STALKS
  • 2 CUP BURGUNDY WINE
  • 14.5 OZ ITALIAN STEWED TOMATO
  • 1 CUP BEEF BROTH
  • 1 CUP CANNELLONI BEANS
  • 1/2 TSP GROUND PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP THYME

Preparation

Step 1

PUT ALL INGREADENTS INTO CROCK POT
TURN ON LOW FOR 12 HR, OR TILL DONE
SLICE MEAT AND SERVE
