Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • ground black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprkia
  • (Other: Penzey's Spices Turkish Spice)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Lay out chicken thighs in a single layer and sprinkle generously with salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides. Baked 30-35 minutes until very dark brown and crisp.

*Note: I also like to use Penzey's Spices Turkish Spice instead of the pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
