CHEESY CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE

  • 1 CAN CAMPBELL'S CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • 1-1/3 C WATER
  • 3/4 C UNCOOKED LONG GRAIN RICE
  • 1/2 t ONION POWDER
  • 1/4 t PEPPER
  • 4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 1 C SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE SOUP, WATER, RICE, ONION POWDER AND PEPPER IN A SHALLOW 2 QT BAKING DISH. TOP WITH CHICKEN. SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH ADDITIONAL PEPPER

COVER AND BAKE AT 375 FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK. UNCOVER AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. PUT BACK IN OVEN UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
