Ingredients
- 1 # elbow macaroni
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 c chopped green onion
- 2 c chopped onon
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 2 # ground beef
- 3 c canned, crushed tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 t basil
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t oregano
- 3 c grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni. Heat oil and saute peppers, onions and garlic. Add beef and brown. Add tomatoes, salt and peppers, basil, cumin and oregano. Combine mac and meat mix. Spread into 9x13 pan. Top with cheese and bake 20-25 minutes.
