Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, diced
- 3 Tbs. minced onion
- 1 Tbs. diced green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Minced fresh chives
- 1/2 large avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except avocado in large bowl.
Add avocado to salsa and stir gentle to combine.
Season with salt & pepper.
