Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/3 cup half and half
- 1 Tbsp. canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Hidden Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender but firm. Drain. Melt butter , half and half and peppers over low heat. Place potatoes and butter sauce in mixer. Add dressing mix and whip. Season with salt and pepper.
