Ingredients
- For big batch:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- pepper to taste
- 10 cups macaroni cooked
- Double sauce and do 5 scoops (3.2 cup scoop) of dry pasta.
Preparation
Step 1
IN a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir flour into butter until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add cheese and continue to cook and stir until melted.
Add to macaroni and place in casserole dishes.
